Midlife Reinvention Coach · Speaker · Midlife Rewritten Podcast Host

Helping women transform their “midlife crisis” into a Second Spring of confidence, clarity, and reinvention.

About Devon

Devon Vernetti is a Midlife Reinvention Coach and founder of the Phoenix Process™, supporting women in transforming life’s major transitions — empty nest, career changes, caregiving, identity shifts, and grief — into catalysts for clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.

With a background as a licensed acupuncturist and life coach, Devon blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with lived experience. Her own journey through profound loss and upheaval — including the death of her father, rebuilding life after a house fire, and navigating her daughter’s complex emotional needs — grounds her work in empathy, resilience, and truth.

Through her signature 5-phase Phoenix Process™ (Root, Release, Radiate, Recenter, Rise), she guides women to shed what no longer serves, reclaim their authentic rhythm, and rise into their next chapter with emotional strength, spiritual alignment, and embodied confidence.

Devon hosts the Midlife Rewritten podcast and leads seasonal challenges, community circles, and immersive coaching experiences designed to help women move through midlife not with fear — but with ceremony, courage, and sacred possibility.

Her work reminds women that reinvention isn’t about starting over — it's a return to the most powerful, purposeful version of who they’ve always been.
