Today, I want to share one of my favorite fall-inspired mocktails: the Spiced Apple & Pear Sparkler. It’s not just delicious; it’s a tonic for your health — viewed through both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern Western nutrition.


🍏 The Recipe: Spiced Apple & Pear Sparkler

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh apple cider (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup pear juice (or blended ripe pear, strained)

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 dash ground cinnamon (or a cinnamon stick)

  • Sparkling water

  • Garnish: apple or pear slices + rosemary sprig

Method

  1. In a shaker or jar, combine apple cider, pear juice, lemon, honey, and cinnamon.

  2. Shake or stir well, then pour into a glass with ice.
